Beyond the hire, Eastern is committed to ongoing industry training for our service technicians. We believe that safety and service go hand in hand. Each technician possesses the required industry safety certifications but also participates in regular company refresher courses to stay current with the latest practices in safety and current codes and regulations. In addition to this training, our technicians also take part in numerous company sponsored and manufacturer sponsored training programs that offer specific instruction on the installation and repair of new equipment as it enters the marketplace.
