| ROCHESTER, NH—Eastern Propane & Oil announced that it was recently honored at the Consumer Driven Health Care Expo as having the best implementation procedures for their Consumer Directed Health Care Program. The award was presented to Brian Boudreau, Vice President of Human Resource and Risk Management at Eastern as part of the Prepaid Card Awards ceremony, which took place during the first annual CDHC awards dinner held February 27, 2007 in Las Vegas. Created and produced by Prepaid Media, the annual CDHC Awards recognize noteworthy professionals, organizations, and programs throughout the consumer-driven health care industry. The most successful implementation award recognizes the best use of Consumer Directed programs. On January 1, 2007 Eastern Propane & Oil introduced to its employees, for the first time, a consumer driven health care plan option as part of their overall benefit platform.
